The rule is that "Funds must always return to their original source" (bank cards have always the highest priority)
This means that if clients deposited for ex. 200€ with Bank Card and now they want to withdraw 300€ because they have profits, they need to make 2 withdrawal requests:
- 200€ must go back to their Bank Card and
- 100€ to an alternative method such as bank wire transfer, Skrill, Neteller etc. This second payment method must also be verified since we can not send funds to accounts that do not belong to the client.
These are not our rules but are based on EU regulations. It is common practice in all EU regulated companies.
